Perhaps we will merge at some point, but your logic with the aircraft is not correct. Clearly you have no understading of the process for adding jet aircraft to an operating certificate. The FAA has to approve of the operational scope and transition, and the 145 is within that scope, for now.
As for the training, I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone there. Just study (even after initial) and be humble and open to improvement, and it is really a non-issue.
Good observation. Thats why I was asking the question. I am sure throwing jets on a certificate is a huge undertaking and yes I do not know the process however I do know that the 145/200 + current route structure + current fuel prices = mabe breaking even / no profit. When fuel = < $80 Per barrel = no profit. So is PDT going to restructure their routes?
