I have emailed Howard about problems with my pay. My problems usually result in me "trying too hard to make the operation happen." SRM pay, or voluntary junior man pay on HDO is usually the problem. Then I had problems with lost day off, and then with CCO time. Bottom Line: Company keeps the money until you prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you deserve the money.

I am really tired of having to spend my time off figuring out my pay. So, I'd rather that ALPA not negotiate too earnestly on another "good deal" right now.

Whatever bonus or overtime mechanisms we have, they need to be clearly understood and easily explained to the pilots.

Now, I never accept an assignment over and above the normal schedule unless the pay is stipulated and put in comments section of pairing.
