Management has always been reactive. As long as classes are being filled at PSA then all is fine. Right now as far as management is concerned all is great. They can cut out nice hotels, make crappy schedules, make everything horrible and as long as people show up for class then they are satisfied. Then when the pool dries up, they will come up with some other scare tactic to get a concession and people will flock there in exchange for ESSP (extra special selection process).
