I already have a PPL, but I also have a misdemeanor charge that has been expunged. The charge was back in 1992 FWIW.
My goal is to be employed as a pilot one day and I was wondering if the charge will be an issue for hiring. It wasn't a DUI. Id be happy to share more details if need be.

Pull a copy of both your state and federal records. That will let you know what your potential employer will be able to see. That being said, even if they did know about it, unless it was something horrific, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find a job.
