I have had this discussion with a few high level management guys in the recent couple of months and they all said the same thing: they expect the SSP to become a flow and go to about 10/month with no increases until we get all aircraft on property in 2017. They are actually ahead of their hiring needs so far but they could not afford to lose more than 10 per month, especially since the senior guys they will lose first are check airman and APDs. They are concerned about agreeing to 10 per month and then having attrition pick up to other carriers.
