Long time lurker here with a background question.
I already have a PPL, but I also have a misdemeanor charge that has been expunged. The charge was back in 1992 FWIW.
My goal is to be employed as a pilot one day and I was wondering if the charge will be an issue for hiring. It wasn't a DUI. Id be happy to share more details if need be.

I wouldn't worry about a misdemeanor from 1992 with the current hiring environment at most regionals. The majors would be a different story, but I know United has hired applicants with DUIs in their past.
