This! The guy who used to run the UPT hiring boards at my Guard base put a very specific instruction of compiling your paperwork and then putting a staple in the upper left hand corner (in bold print). You wouldn't believe the amount of apps that showed up spiral bound, in plastic sleeves, ie...not a staple in the upper left hand corner. He didn't even take a look at them, just tossed them in the trash. When you have over 100 apps for 1 position it's an easy way to filter some out. Attention to detail...
