All small cat sailors,

I live on a small 325 acre private lake (lake redwine, Newnan)... nne/ssw 2mi long, 1/2mi wide... 35ft deep in the middle, 3ft at the ends... winds light to very strong, primarily w/wnw.

I've seen one on the lake with rounded hulls that goes slower than snot, and one with knife edge hulls that flies!

Any suggestions for a used/cheapish cat for my lake that is quite quick, works well in light & strong winds, and will hold 2/3 peeps? I.e., make/model/size/year?
