Based on the way our schedules are built, I'm pretty sure they aren't too concerned about our circadian rhythms. That being said, most of the pairings out of LAS are pretty easy other than managing your sleep schedule. My most recent 4 day trip started with a red eye on day 1/2 followed by a 24 hour layover, morning departure on day three (1 leg) followed by a 24 hour layover, and a morning departure on day four (1 leg) putting me back in LAS before 9 am.

In LAS half of the schedules flip flop. About half of the pairings you'll fly a red eye followed by 24 hours off followed by a morning departure. Other trips you'll fly a red eye then 12 hours off then a night departure. Basically you'll have shifted your workday by about 6-8 hours on those getting done close to the time you started the previous night.
I find that no matter which schedule I fly my first day home is a wash with me just recovering
