I probably went overboard, I purchased this logbook binder Amazon.com : Pilot Logbook Binder PERSONALIZED For Logbook Pro (and other) Software--EMAIL Us Exact Imprint Name : Round Ring Binders : Office Products

I then digitized my military logs, deleted all the annual reviews and duplicate entries, and then printed it out so it would read properly in my logbook binder. It took forever to scan and print to make it look right and for all I know my logbook wasn't even reviewed, but it was one thing I knew I wouldn't have to worry about on a day when I was worried about pretty much everything.

I used Logbook Pro and this exact binder for the pages. I also used a heavier paper for printing (but not quite resume style). I had my originals ready for inspection if needed but I didn't turn them in at the beginning. I had my 1-page Air Force flight time summary in the flap of the binder as well. They seemed to like the presentation. I offered up my originals during the interview and they said no thanks.
