What he means is that Horizon and AWAC have great contracts. Unfortunately there are downsides to this:
1) Many folks stay forever, so seniority is an issue...I think CRJ CA at Horizon is 16 years or something like that, maybe even more?
2) Good contracts equals high costs, so both of those companies have lost flying and had to close/move domiciles. AWAC got hit really hard.
You have to decide what is most important to you.
