With regards to the NC, 2 out of three of the members of the committee were from C2012 and the other member was a rep who voted in favor of C2012.
You can spin it however you wish Falcon, doesn't matter to me. If you want to join Karnak in trying to portray TA2012 as having been done exactly by the book and the aftermath just normal changes in business - have at it.
