And we are in section 6 talks. Hhhmmmm
""For the past year, we have been discussing our strategy to consolidate to one certificate and a single fleet type by the end of 2016 if possible. With our United Express Q400 fleet scheduled to exit by September of 2016 and the scheduled expiration of our E145 Delta Connection agreement in May of 2016, we could see the pathway unfolding to make this vision a reality. Recently, we were surprised to receive notification from Delta Airlines informing us of Delta’s decision to extend its current E145 agreement with Shuttle America. Under the terms of that agreement, Delta has a unilateral option to extend our E145 flying through May, 2021. In some respects this is a bittersweet development. Of course we are thrilled Delta wants to extend its CPA with Shuttle for this flying, but it also means our plans to simplify and streamline our business model down to one fleet type by 2016 is no longer within view.
Well we know Delta is going to keep SOME 50 seat service...maybe they decided to stay with Republic. I guess we need to re-re-insure our scope is rock solid.
