I'm not spinning Carl, because I'm not asserting everything was done exactly by the book, nor am I asserting that it wasn't. IOW I'm not joining Karnak, nor am I buying your assertion of proof just because you say so.

The only proof I've seen from you is that the master chairman wasn't re-elected, and that the new master chairman didn't appoint all the same players. That doesn't seem unusual whenever there is a new master chairman. OTOH, the master chairman that was elected was a supporter of C2012, and as far as I can recall the negotiating committee election that followed C2012 re-elected the chairman, another member of his committee and a rep who also voted in favor. So pardon me if I'm a little skeptical of your proof. Not trying to spin, just not buying it, please don't take it personally.
