You are as bad as the media. Know what you are talking about before you talk, read an article, do some homework. I saw that on the news so I dug in for info. Had the list only 5 airlines listed Alaska would be "the worst airline". SkyWest, Expressjet, and Envoy were the only regionals included on the list of mainline and low cost carriers.
