This type of rotation has always been buildable, hasn't it? If they want to pay them at 10:30 vs the 7:30 that was going to be in the previous LOA, build away. A guy can get quite a bit of rest on his own time if he only works 7 days and 14 legs for a full schedule.
And the second leg is a deadhead. 10:30 for one leg to DAB and a deadhead home. Still don't like it, looks too much like a camel's nose under the tent.
