The flow agreement ended a while ago, so you missed that boat, unfortunately. Nevertheless, from what they told us at the interview, moving from Compass to Delta should be a pretty easy if not prefential process, because Compass' hiring process is almost identical to Delta's (they used to be wholly owned), with the same battery of tests....so if you pass Compass, you'll most likely be a good fit for Delta.
Upgrade times at Compass are the quickest in the industry if you have previous 121 time, otherwise, most likely right after you hit 1000 hours SIC. LAX is junior, you'll have little to no reserve. SEA is opening June 1st, it will be a smaller base, may not be as junior.
