We both work for the same shareholders, the same BOD, the same CEO, the same president, the same EVP, etc. Our CEO is the person who decided on the culture of making his own employees compete against each other in order to keep our wages lower than they would otherwise be. I'm not talking about middle management here. They just take orders from Inc. I'm honestly surprised that many of you guys don't see what's going on here.
