All the hiring briefs from WAI are running together in my brain but approximately every 30 days comes to memory. Computer program racks and stacks, higher points means more likely to get human eyes on. AK emphasized the importance of having an app that was typo/error free. Based off that, I had a couple other pilots review my app... they all caught little things I'd missed. Another thing, make sure you continue to update your app fairly often (within ~60 days), otherwise you might get your app moved to a holding pattern w/ an indefinite EFC (ie until you update again).
We (in indoc last year) were specifically told that Delta does NOT use a program to rack and stack - apps are scored manually and Delta prides itself on that difference from the competition. Thousands of apps on file have likely not been scored since there was no accompanying internal recommendation to trigger the manual pull-to-review/score.
