There are pilots leaving foe other places than the AA/US flow.

Whatever the upgrade rate is currently would be my guesstimate of the flow spots advancing thru the seniority. 8 per month these last 4 months would take 4.5 Years to eat through 350 names since about 50 most senior are bypassing.

This is just a wild guess. Also, the flow goes up from 3 to 4, 5, 6 etc for each 120 additional pilots in the list.
