Add 1-2/weekly to the hiring numbers to account for additional attrition which has been steadily increasing. A pilot hired April 1 should settle at 75% by the end of the fall after the last AA birds arrive and likely higher due to other attrition. Subtract 5% from that every month after, that it takes you to start.
Those with 1000 hours will upgrade almost immediately, while those with 0 121 time are looking at 2-3 year upgrades at a minimum, possibly longer. Unless something changes of course.
The classes are no longer 10. Looking at last three, it averaged 5-6 per class.
