I agree completely. The company will drag their feet as long as possible giving pay raises..why wouldn't they? And I also agree that it does not seem the company is having any trouble finding qualified pilots. They are still being selective and picky in their hiring.
I realize we have good work rules but how do they stack up against the majors? Some of them have good rules AND much better pay. What am I missing? Seems like we could get both (or at least improve on them).
