This will show in the attitude of the NC in the coming months.
I prefer not to comment on the character of our reps, but rather on what they accomplish.
Did the recently recalled MEC officers support a negotiating plan which needed help?
The new MEC may have a more optimistic/aggressive view of what/how we should be negotiating.
We can do much better than focusing on +30% pay and keeping most rules!
What good does a quick signing do, if what we sign is a work in progress?
Anyone think we will do better in 5 years?
Job protection, retirement, must be addressed, before too late.
IF NOT NOW WHEN?

I'm beginning to understand that Spirit union pilots do things differently. But what new MEC are you talking about?
A careful read of the union emails from yesterday says that the MEC removed its Chairman and replaced him with another.
Do we at Spirit give the leadership role to our MEC Chairman? We didnt do it that way at brand X.
Ditto to the IF NOT NOW, WHEN?
