AMF announced a new pilot retention bonus plan yesterday, effective for at least the next 12 months.

For the next three 4 month periods (May-Aug, Sep-Dec, Jan-Apr) every pilot actively employed from the beginning to the end of the period will receive a bonus at the end of the period ranging from $2000 - $4500 per period, depending on aircraft qualifications.
