As said earlier, every one of the complaints is currently being addressed. I'm not happy with the way things have been handled, but I understand there are some growing pains. Besides the arduous task of tripling the size of the airline in a year, the company is replacing its internal management software, implementing and testing PBS, dealing with the FAA requiring stand-alone training events for XR airplanes and universal FMS, testing and implementing a new EFB with new style of charts, standing up a CATII certification program, and opening at least two domiciles. They should've seen this coming but were ignorant of many aspects of the growth. I can assure you that the union is aware of the various issues and is working as fast as it can to rectify the situation. .

Once again you didn't address the direct questions about your contract shortcomings that I asked in the previous post. I was a bystander watching for months but I got tired of your mouth and your antics and now you are playing mister passive.
