More pilots are not leaving to the majors because we are not getting called for an interview. I bet if they starting calling anyone with an app you would see a lot more attrition and not only in the FO side, some jr Captains have apps as well.
As the attrition due to Legacy retirements really picks up steam you'll see more and more go. If I were a Jr Capt at F9 I'd have my apps out.
I've got the golden handcuffs keeping me here, and don't plan to stay in the business if F9 goes T.U. (not likely - who knows about DEN).
