I think we are dealing with semantics. Yes, allegiant will be a better place with a contract. Will it be a "great place to work"? Some may disagree, but I don't see allegiant ever being a great place to work with our management. Companies with Balanced, or employee – centered cultures are great places to work. Allegiant is a soul sucking, profit at all cost company that has no soul. Even a great contract doesn't stop you from operating airplanes that are chronically under maintained and working without resources and support.
