There are instructions on the PSA's alpa forum. Just search it and use the most recent one (i think it was from 2015) because some of the older ones are out dated with the server info. I just set mine up recently and its kinda a PITA. I didn't think i got all the info setup rght (kept giving errors) and just gave up on it for the night, then like 30 minutes later it dinged with everything in there.
Can you send mail from your phone on the company email? I can receive them just fine, but somehow the outgoing mail server can't ever connect.
