If you want to buy ZED fares, you do so through MyIDTravel. (The link is on Wings. You are not eligible for many ZED fares until you have passed 6 months from date of hire)
The easiest way to find out listing policies for jumpseating is to download the ALPA app for your phone. It will have all of the information you need to get started. Bear in mind that some companies will require you to list beforehand and some will accept walk-ups. Do your homework beforehand to make sure you don't get left behind.
Also, make sure you get yourself access to the PSA ALPA forum which is a great resource for questions like this.
