I beg to differ. I'm on RSV for the 80 and I can't tell you how many times I've been called out for a rescue because an Airbus broke down.
That's because they didn't but any spare parts for the Airbus, except for a few lightbulbs. Also, the MEL on the Bus is much more restrictive than the 80. There are some things that you can't fly with if it's on MEL.
