Agreed, but I'm also not the same person I was in college 10 years ago. I would rather just deactivate my Facebook account or change my name before I tried to go back 10 years trying to rid my profile of whatever "fun" I got into in college.

Besides 10 years ago your Grandmother, boss, or kids wouldn't have been on Facebook anyways. That was a time when you were required to have a ".edu" email address and only college students were on it. None of us had any idea what Facebook would turn into nor did we really even care back then.
