Not that I have anything on Facebook that I don't want anyone else to see, I still keep it completely locked down to 'friends only'.

So, other than people who have the same name as me, if I'm searched and they actually pick the correct link, they just get a generic icon and the usual message that if you want to see anything, send a friend request, or something like that...
