7 day trips are only on the international fleets. There are also shorter, and longer, trips on those fleets. It would take several years to be able to hold a line on a fleet with 7 day trips. I can hold captain in many categories, and don't think I could hold a 7 on 7 off schedule as an FO on any fleet.
That said there are three and four day trips. If you were senior enough on a more junior fleet (88/90,717) you could put those together and build a 7 on 7 off schedule.
