That's why they make different flavored ice cream. You like your 72 hrs and time off and nobody is forcing you to work. Why do you care what anyone else does? Unless you're a complete socialist and have an ideological need to get as many people hired at 72 hrs max, it really doesn't effect you. If a guy making the personal decision to work extra "kills" you, then you need all the time off possible. Take a trip, have a drink, get a massage... but lighten up. There is a lot out there to get fired up about, someone else's work ethic isn't one of them.
