Me too! Zero reason why we shouldn't be leading the pack...just because we offer an ULCC for our customers, doesn't mean WE are ULCC. 'Ole Ben has said it publicly...we're the best pilots in the industry. So, beyond time to compensate us as such!

Now, I'm guessing when he says we're the best...he assumes we're suckers for flying comparable legacy aircraft for much below industry avg pay. That would certainly make us the best when it fattens his bonus.

That executive gravy train has sailed. Time to be compensated like we're an integral component in our success...which we are, and then some!
