Expect major policy rewrite that will make the Ready Reserve rewrite look minor. They will expect the current new hires to get major chubbies and vote without thinking logically. And it will all pimped heavily by J.P. And R.J. Both who are looking for management positions and will likely be thrown a bone, you will hear more from the shills at SAPA since the last pay package. Expect these 2 in a domicile near you passing out bag tags, raves and hearty pats on the back. Expect a panicky need to get this pay/policy package agreed upon so they can staff the summer rush with EFB reflows. My bet it will pass by a hearty 52/48% with 60% participation on the vote, since SAPA/Skywest management is controlling the vote, the results are a forgone conclusion.
The changing of the SAPA forums to the new user unfriendly forums was well timed, it is software from the 90s and is the worst forum I have ever been on.
