If true, then here's some quick math based off of last year's income. Segmet profit was nearly $78M (I assume that number is close to "Net Income") and 6% distributed evenly to 3500 pilots is $1335 a person. I assume there's a years of service minimum which would probably narrow the available pool down quite a bit more. In any case, that's a nice addition but I assume the company is getting it back somewhere else.
