Time for vacation slide questions?

Do we request the slide after initial awards and before final schedule?
Bid Package says to use the ‘Options’ field in Flica to enter ‘transition options’ & ‘vacation slides’.
The only Options field I can find in my Flica is for account options.
Any suggestions?
