There are almost no pilots left at the company that voted yes. They are all long gone and at the majors. If you want to judge them, find them and tell them so. What is left is a new pilot group that choose the airline that worked best for them. Personally, I was tired of commuting for an airline that was on it's last legs and wanted to be home. For the hundreds of refugees from Endeavor and Comair, it was somewhere that they could upgrade quickly and get the pay that they needed. Most everyone here is making $66/hr by the end of their second year.

Don't judge until you are put in a situation. If you think for one minute that AAG isn't going to ask for serious concessions of AWAC, you are mistaken. They will ask for a more efficient operation or shut it down, just like they did with Piedmont, Envoy, and PSA.
