I think we're there.
That quote is mis-attributed. Alexander Fraser Tytler likely wrote it, or a version of it. De Tocqueville was a supporter of democracy, while noting the short-comings of the development of American classical liberalism.

Am I smart enough for a Delta interview yet or should I just keep asking for a "wind check" during those calm sunny days?
