Similar. I believe they will increase it. They will have to in order to attract people. Yes I understand it's easy to poach from other regionals especially non wholly owned but if they don't like senior pilots hence pay caps then absorbing us into AA will help with that. It saves them money rather than paying senior captains their salary. I think cost savings is better that way.

Would you rather have a majority of 4-6 year captains or 8-12 year captains?? Ie a junior pilot group or senior pilot group.
