Not sure what happened in the past, but the impression I got from current RAH pilots was that the situation had been resolved by the union. Won't affect either of us for quite a while though. Just remember that you can upgrade to any certificate. I'm going to the RW 170, but I may have to wait twice as long for a 170 upgrade(instead of first available upgrade) due to CRJ and ERJ guys upgrading to the 170 after their two year seat lock. That's at least two years away though. The ballgame could (and probably will) be completely different by then.
eventually, it will be like horizon or eagle. i.e. long upgrades and many lifers
