The AAG WO's were more forced to take offers. It's not like PSA, ENVOY or PDT can't go fly for another carrier.
AWAC if they don't like what they see can just walk away and look for someone else to fly for. AAG Wo's don't have that option.
AAG says "Here's your offer", AWAC says to pilots, "In order to maintain our profit margin we are unable to operate under the current contract and we need to bring [pilot] pay rates down to industry average rates to remain competitive."
How is AWAC going to walk away and just go fly for another carrier. They haven't been able to do that because they are too tight with the cash flow the owners want to come in. Hence, no delta deal.
