How is AWAC going to walk away and just go fly for another carrier. They haven't been able to do that because they are too tight with the cash flow the owners want to come in. Hence, no delta deal.
Atlantic Coast Airlines was offered the same to United and told United to stick it. ACA became there own Airline with Independence Air.
It just depends on how much cheaper Parker wants AWAC to operate for. I can tell you it won't be at the current level.
