LCA attrition & retention
Right now PSA is still way short on LCAs. There are around 50 fully trained LCAs and another 20-30 that in the process of completing the training. Training is aware that their LCA turnover is going to be a major issue, but they don't appear to have a viable answer.
If you have a LCA letter, you will likely get a call within months from united and delta. United has poached a good amount of pilots. If management thinks the current SSP or a small increase is good enough to retain LCAs, they are dead wrong. Without LCAs, this growth plan is dead in the water.
