I didn't expect the NMB's pro-management agenda to become Donatelli's words to live by and our MEC's policy.

It is astounding to me that they would exhibit such glaring weakness right now and put out a communique emphasizing the wisdom of capitulation and rationalizing why they will have to accept whatever management is willing to give.

At this point in negotiations they should be pounding the table, not bending over it.

I hope this is all just a communications gaffe. If not, we're in deep trouble.
