I had the pleasure of flying the "new" United between IAD/ORD/LAS/LAX/IAD in the last few days and wanted to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful and truly seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. I usually only encounter solid customer service on jetBlue and just wanted to say thanks to the guys/gals at United!
