That said, I live a 5 minute walk from the blue line, got ORD right out of training (like pretty much everyone does), and was on reserve for one month involuntarily. Had a composite line month 2 and a full line month 3. Now fly primarily 5+ hour locals and get weekends off. Why did I come to SkyWest? Primarily because I knew ORD was one of their most junior bases as well as largest. Take this info for what it's worth.
