They are still activating pilots from the past vacancy bids. They are keeping the staffing even across the board with CAs/FOs. As 1 CA comes in 1 FO comes in, and most of the SFO 737 CAs are new upgrades that require full training so the ramp up has been slow. Once they run out of FOs to activate then the new hires will get the slots. I have no idea when that will be .
