Yes but we all know it's not just the rates. We have superior work rules in almost all aspects of your work rules including better 401k matching, a company contribution on top of that, better insurance cost sharing, and better insurance overall. The arbitrator looked at all rates and work rules and made his determination that we only needed $2 more per hour to be in the average with everyone else.

This is what I've been advocating for YEARS! It's not just pay rates. Those are just multiplier of the work rules. That's why I continue to post our work rules so that people have a reference to compare to. And there are places like awac and horizon who arguably have better contract rules than we do.
